TREVOR ZAHRA
Trevor Zahra has spent more than 35 years in the hospitality industry, working across every level of the business — from early roles in hotel operations covering front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping, through to General Manager of a 1,000-bed property, and ultimately to Executive Director and Board Director of Island Hotels Group, a publicly listed company.
That progression matters. Trevor understands what a housekeeping supervisor deals with on a Monday morning, what a revenue manager needs to see in a dashboard, and what a board of directors needs to believe before approving capital expenditure. Very few consultants have operated across that full range.
